Major internet problems

OK, sorry it's been a while since we've updated our blog. We have been having super-slow internet problems and can't upload ANY pictures with our internet. We have so much we want to show you through pictures and video that we lost motivation to post!

So we made it to our new home in North Africa on February 14th!! We are all settled in and still finding a few last minute things to make our house a home. We got a furnished place and love how everything is coming together and are really enjoying things here. We are figuring out how to buy groceries and live daily life here -- it's a lot different, but we enjoy it! We started Arabic classes last week and are learning thing so quickly! We just finished learning all the Arabic letters so now we can read (sort-of) all the signs around town.

For all you who are desperate to see Elijah (I know I would be ;) you can Skype us -- our username is bruce.teague and we can video a shot of Elijah. He is still cute as ever and saying and always learning a lot of new words (uh-oh, apple, Li-ya (his name), bath, b-sh (brush your teeth), ball, book, socks, sh-s (shoes), up, down etc). He laughs this exaggerated ha ha ha to this picture of a girl laughing in this book we have -- it's the cutest. He's at such a fun age!! He has this small stroller for kids that he pushes around, but it only goes straight and when he wants to turn a corner or can't get it to go where he wants it to go, he picks it up and carries it the rest of the way. He picks up some heavy things a lot - I can't even believe it!

We are working on getting a new internet provider so that our connection will be faster (we got el-cheapo internet and it hasn't worked out in our favor!) so hopefully we will be able to post pictures and videos soon! We have this FUNNY video of Elijah dancing with sunglasses on that I want to show you. Bye for now.
